6. Theft and Loss After Delivery
Upon delivery of the goods to the delivery address designated by the customer, including delivery to a porch, doorstep, mailroom, reception area, or other locations reasonably designated for receipt of deliveries, the customer assumes all risk of theft or disappearance of the goods. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Paris Republica shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized removal of the goods occurring after delivery has been completed, including, without limitation, so-called “porch piracy.” Paris Republica shall have no obligation to replace or refund goods that are stolen or removed after confirmed delivery.
