For height 164, size M is moderately oversized, sleeves are not short.

The trench coat is of very high quality and fits very well.
My height is 175 cm (I usually wear M, but I took XL). It's a bit loose in volume; I tighten it with a belt and it looks great, but it's perfect in the sleeves.
